To strengthen its data-driven marketing capabilities, Havas India introduced CSA, the global technology, data and analytics division of Havas to the local market. The move is designed to help brands effectively leverage customer data and fuel business growth.
To further bolster its data and technology capabilities, PivotConsult, the strategic consulting arm of PivotRoots has been integrated into CSA India. PivotConsult, comprising a 55-member team serves clients such as Kotak Bank, Bisleri, Wildcraft, Coca-Cola and Samsung.
Leading CSA India’s operations is Gaurav Seth, who has been appointed Managing Partner and will report directly to Shibu Shivanandan, CEO and founder of PivotRoots. Seth will be based in Mumbai.

Seth brings over 20 years of experience in the digital advertising industry to his role. With a focus on data-driven marketing solutions for the past 15 years, he has successfully led more than 300 projects across ad networks, agencies and product companies. Seth's experience spans across working with marketers, publishers, agencies and advertising technology firms, giving him a deep understanding of the entire marketing ecosystem. During his eight-year tenure at Lotame, he built the business in India from the ground up, establishing it as the data management platform and exchange in the country.
