Landor Elevates Lulu Raghavan To President, APAC

Landor elevated Lulu Raghavan to the role of President, APAC. She was previously the Vice President of APAC.

On the elevation, Lulu Raghavan said, "I am honoured to take on the role of President for the APAC region. This is an exciting time for Landor and I am eager to build on our strong foundation and continue to drive innovation and growth. I look forward to working closely with our talented teams across APAC to deliver exceptional value to our clients." 

While speaking to BW Marketing World exclusively, Raghavan spoke about her immediate focus areas. "Quite simply, my focus will be to unleash growth and realise the immense potential of APAC for Landor", she said. 

"We’ve strengthened and simplified our offer to clients in three key areas: Consulting, Experience and Design. This unique combination of capabilities gives us a major competitive advantage. I’m incredibly proud of the strength, depth and breadth our teams across the markets that I will be working in and am looking forward to tapping into the power of this collective in the service of excellence for our clients", she elaborated.

Raghavan has been with Landor for 23 years and will continue to be based in Mumbai. She will report directly to Christian Schroeder, the Global President of Landor.

Looking ahead, Raghavan outlined the growth strategy for the coming year. "In each major market of APAC we operate in, we have three sets of clients for whom we have tailored offers: global clients wanting to win in the local market, local clients wanting to go global and local clients wanting to win locally. There are immense growth opportunities with all three segments", she explained.

The growth plan which is already in execution, reflects Landor's ambitious goals for key markets including South East Asia, India, China, Japan and Australia. 

Raghavan also highlighted the company's approach to leveraging market-specific expertise, citing the Experience Design and Tech team in Hong Kong as an example of how Landor taps into regional talent to serve clients globally.

Raghavan’s career with Landor spans various key geographies including San Francisco, New York, London and Mumbai. Her promotion is a testament to her dedication and expertise, which have significantly contributed to Landor’s success over the years.
