The beverage company Parle Agro, which produces drinks including Smoodh, Frooti, and Appy, boosted its advertising spending by 17.7 per cent in FY24. According to an industry report, the company spent Rs 278.38 crore in FY 24 compared to Rs 236.49 crore in the same time last year.
In fiscal year 2024, Parle Agro's profit fell 89.1 per cent to Rs 17.29 crore from Rs 158.78 crore in FY 23.
According to the Registrar of Companies filing, the FMCG brand's consolidated revenue fell by 12.3 per cent to Rs 3,126.06 crore.
In FY 24, exports brought in Rs 26.81 crore and domestic sales brought in Rs 3,061 crore.
Parle Agro's consolidated income saw a 12.15 per cent cut at Rs 3,209.43 crore compared to Rs 3,653.48 crore in FY 23.
