upGrad Enterprise Unveils Key Leadership Appointments

upGrad Enterprise, the corporate skilling and workforce development arm of upGrad unveils five leadership appointments aimed at driving its next phase of growth. All five new leaders are based in India and have officially assumed their roles.

Shirin Rai Gupta joins upGrad Enterprise with over a decade of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships and reputation management from companies like Google and TrulyMadly. She will spearhead the brand and marketing initiatives.

She is an alumna of Lady Sri Ram College for Women and Warwick Business School. Her achievements include leading the #BreakingStereotypes campaign at TrulyMadly and managing marketing for ThinkwithGoogle (India) alongside her contributions to Google India's Ads & Brand Marketing divisions.

Mayank Manohar and Harshal Goyal are also stepping into crucial roles. Manohar, with 16 years in education will drive the strategic expansion of the Study Abroad vertical, focusing on product adoption and revenue growth. Goyal, with 12 years of expertise in global talent solutions and executive development from London Business School and IIM-B, will lead talent solutions, employing AI-powered mapping and predictive analytics to connect corporates with tech professionals.

Dikshit Jain and Narasimha Jagarlapudi are set to enhance Sales operations. Jain, who has a background with brands like Capgemini and Wipro, will leverage emerging technologies such as AI/ML and Gen AI to drive business outcomes. Jagarlapudi, an alumnus of IIT Madras and XLRI Jamshedpur brings over a decade of experience from BCG and PwC, where he led initiatives in pricing, productivity and sales acceleration, and will focus on strategic bid management and CRM implementation.
