Varun Kandhari, Director of Marketing and Customer Marketing at Mars Wrigley confirmed his departure from the company to BW Marketing World. He served a tenure of more than nine years in the company.
Commenting on his journey at Mars Wrigley, Kandhari exclusively shares with BW Marketing World, "It has been great 9.5 years at Mars filled with tremendous growth, learning and most importantly the joy of working with and building a great team here. It was a pleasure to work with some of the world’s most iconic brands in India and creating a legacy of quality growth with all my colleagues. It’s difficult to say what part I will miss more.

Kandhari began his journey with Mars Wrigley in September 2014, bringing with him a wealth of experience garnered during his nearly seven-year stint at Unilever.
His professional trajectory spans across diverse categories, including home care, personal care and confectionery.
Known for his prowess in new product development and innovation management, Kandhari's influence extended across South Asian markets, encompassing India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Kandhari has also been honoured as one of BW Businessworld's Top 100 Marketers.
In a conversation as part of BW Marketing World's 'Marketing Maestros' series, Kandhari earlier shared insights into his marketing philosophy. He stated, "Authenticity and transparency should guide purpose-driven advertising or marketing." Kandhari highlighted Mars Wrigley's commitment to principles such as quality, responsibility, mutuality, efficiency, and freedom, which have been integral to the company's history, culture, and approach to business.
