Reliance Retail Appoints Prajakta Rathe As Head Of Growth Marketing
For their forthcoming beauty vertical, Prajakta Rathe, AVP - digital marketing, MyGlamm, will join Reliance Retail as deputy general manager-head of growth marketing.
The consumer-facing businesses of the group are focused on Reliance Retail, the retail division of Reliance Industries.
Rathe comes from the Good Glamm Group, where she was in charge of digital marketing for MyGlamm, BabyChakra, St. Botanica, MomsCo, Sirona, and Organic Havest.
Her most recent full-time position before joining Good Glamm Group in 2021 was AVP performance marketing at SUGAR cosmetics.
She has also worked at Logicserve Digital, BookMyShow, and iProspect Communicate 2 (iProspect India).
Aejaz Khan Joins Makani Creatives CEO
Aejaz Khan has been named chief executive officer, according to Makani Creatives.Prior to this shift, Khan served as Spark44's managing director and global head of accounts.
He has over 25 years of expertise in the advertising and marketing sector, and he has started working with a wide range of consumer groups and product categories.
He worked at TBWA India as the Executive Director before joining Spark44.
Other companies with which he has contributed include GREY, McCann, Ogilvy, Lowe and Partners Worldwide, Impact BBDO, Publicis, and Lowe Lintas.

Prasanna Raman has revealed on LinkedIn that he has joined ShareChat, a social networking platform based in Bangalore.He will be the division's head of FMCG Enterprise Sales.
Raman formerly worked for Snap Inc. as their Vertical Lead. He started working for the organisation in March 2020 as the Lead for Advertising Solutions.
