Rajesh Dhiman has been appointed as the Area Vice President for India & South Asia at HCL Software. He will spearhead the enterprise business across critical sectors, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare and IT/ITES.
Dhiman brings extensive leadership experience to HCL Software, having previously held key roles at ThoughtSpot, NetApp and Dell EMC. At ThoughtSpot, he launched and scaled operations across India and ASEAN. At NetApp, he was pivotal in establishing the Global SI business and expanding its footprint among Fortune 500 accounts.
In his new role, Dhiman will oversee field engagement, develop go-to-market strategies and manage customer relations across various sectors.
