At the recently concluded BW Festival of Marketing 2024, experts deliberated on how collaborative environments are encouraging constructive conflict, problem-solving, and adaptability, ensuring that challenges are met with collective strength. 

Rahul Sharma , Vice President – Brand Marketing & PR, Reliance General Insurance said, “ Collective value creation is something which goes beyond transactional aspect when you say you are collectively creating value you’re collaborating with a lot of stakeholders across the ecosystem and trying to build that transparency which drives the innovation and better engagement with the industry, also it gives the credibility to each brand and creates value for everyone involved.” 

Nikita Yadav, Manager - Marketing, Tata Bluescope Steel highlighted, “Marketing and creating brands in traditional industries require a lot of collaboration and co-ownerships, involving the entire ecosystem that can range from vendors to customers & employees to partners, contextual community in itself requires a lot of collaboration which in turns automatically creates value for everyone in the chain.”

Prerna Butani, Head - Digital Marketing (General Manager), Godrej Properties explained how the brand inherits its trust and legacy from its mother brand itself (Godrej). "We are trying to establish our vision in the consumer’s mind and we are going horizontally by collaborating with our sister company i.e Godrej Capital to ensure that together we are going to not only provide housing facilities but in a quite cost-effective manner by providing easy loans to our customers. We are trying to cater needs of the different consumer bases in a particular township,” she shared.
