Before joining Parle, Kapoor was with Ananta Capital as its chief marketing officer for 1.5 years. He led five D2C and legacy brands there through strategic brand building, performance marketing, leading NPD and offline Sales strategy.
Kapoor is a skilled FMCG leader with over 15 years of experience leading businesses and brands across countries, categories and companies. Kapoor comes with expertise in team building, business management & planning, marketing strategy, P&L ownership and more.
In his previous stints, he worked with Nestle, SC Johnson, ITC and Dabur India.
