Nestle India reveals several changes to its senior management team, slated to take effect on January 1, 2025. The company communicated these updates to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), indicating internal shifts aimed at strengthening leadership across various business segments.
Rajat Jain, who currently serves as the Business Executive Officer (BEO) of the Foods Business and is a Senior Management Personnel, will be transitioning to a leadership role within the broader Nestle Group. His departure from the Foods Business paves the way for Rupali Rattan to take over his responsibilities. Rattan, currently the BEO of the Chocolates and Confectionery Business has been nominated to succeed Jain as the BEO of the Foods Business.
Rattan's move creates a vacancy in the chocolates and confectionery business, which will be filled by Gopichandar Jagatheesan. Jagatheesan, who currently holds the position of BEO of the Dairy Business will step into Rattan's role, ensuring continuity in leadership within the segment.
To complete this series of changes, Manav Sahni, currently the Category Business Manager for Chilled Dairy, Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Beverages and UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) products has been nominated to succeed Jagatheesan as the BEO of the Dairy Business.
These changes will officially come into effect on January 1, 2025, following the completion of the requisite approvals.
