MSL ropes in Pallavi Bahuguna as Senior Vice President and Head of North operations
Pallavi Bahuguna has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Head of North operations at MSL, with the aim of strengthening the company's footprint in the North region.
Bringing with her two decades of experience as a seasoned communications professional, Bahuguna will assume a crucial role in advancing MSL's operations in the technology and related sectors on a national scale.
Bahuguna brings a wealth of experience, having held significant roles with renowned organisations and agencies. With diverse expertise spanning various industries and geographies, she has effectively implemented multi-channel communication, managed reputation programs, forged strategic alliances, overseen CSR initiatives, and played a key role in DE&I charters.
In her previous position as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications at American Express, Bahuguna spearheaded country-level communication programs for consumers, colleagues, and communities. Prior to that, she served as the Global Communications Lead at Coforgez (now Coforge), showcasing her proficiency in internal and external communication programs across diverse stakeholder touchpoints. Additionally, Bahuguna has provided strategic communication guidance to prominent brands in consumer lifestyle, technology, telecom, and travel sectors, making significant contributions during her tenures at Text100 (now Archetype), Integral PR, and Weber Shandwick.
