Manish Dubey, who has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Pidilite Industries has been promoted to Chief Business Officer for Fevicol.
Dubey’s career began at Asian Paints, where he served as Group Brand Manager before taking on marketing roles with General Mills and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company. His expertise in direct-to-customer (D2C) strategy within the services sector has been instrumental in driving growth. During his tenure at ICICI Prudential, Dubey developed the D2C online business, achieving 20x growth over six years. The success was driven by innovative service offerings, data-driven insights, reimagined customer experiences and strategic collaborations with platform partners as well as the launch of new app and website features.
Dubey is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
