Menaka Menon (National Strategy Head) and Nitin Pradhan (Creative Head – South) have joined DDB Mudra Group to bolster its senior leadership in planning and creativity. They collectively have more than 40 years of experience in strategic planning and creativity across brands and industries.
Menaka began her career in advertising as an account manager before transitioning to various marketing positions. Her experience in the media, consulting, and social sectors has all helped to shape her distinctive viewpoint on culture and consumer behaviour. Menaka, a MICAn, has experience at FCB, JWT, and Leo Burnett. Her broad range of portfolio included firms including ITC Foods, Amazon, HUL, and Star Network.
Nitin Pradhan is an experienced creative thinker with over 20 years of expertise. He has worked on campaigns for Maggi noodles, Samsung, Tata Sky, KBC, and Sony Network, among others.
His most recent work was with Cheil India, and he has also worked with Ogilvy, McCann, Publicis Groupe, and Leo Burnett in the past.
Nitin is also a successful director, having created well-liked movies for Truecaller and the Indian government.
