ITC Hotels has appointed Saumya Upadhyaya as the Head of Marketing & Public Relations. She brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously served as the Director of Public Relations at Taj Hotels.

Her career spans several positions in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Prior to her role at Taj Hotels, Upadhyaya was associated with the Lodha Group. She also held roles at The St. Regis Mumbai, TUI India and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
