Narayan Devanathan’s second innings at dentsu: takes on as President & CSO - South Asia
Dentsu has brought in Narayan Devanathan for his second innings; and this time around as the President & Chief Strategy Officer for South Asia. Reporting to Harsha Razdan, CEO - South Asia, dentsu, Narayan, who returned to the network in June last year, previously held the role of Group Chief Strategic Advisor. During his second stint, he efficiently established a Central Strategy Team for the South Asia Market alongside the Executive Leadership.
In his new position, Narayan is tasked with implementing the network's strategy to provide innovative client solutions at the convergence of marketing, technology, and consulting.
Devanathan's responsibilities involve uniting strategy and planning teams across key areas like creative, media, and customer experience (CX). Additionally, he will establish and manage initiatives such as business transformation, sustainability consulting, innovations, start-up growth partnerships, expert alliances, and knowledge verticals throughout the group.
As dentsu evolves into a Business-to-Business-to-Society (B2B2S) enterprise dedicated to shaping a valuable future for both brands and society, Devanathan will actively collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive significant progress in a collaborative manner.
Sunder Madakshira to spearhead marketing at Sinch India
Sinch India, a company specialising in cloud communications and mobile customer engagement, has appointed Sunder Madakshira as the Head of Marketing for its Indian operations. Bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, Madakshira has a proven track record of spearheading marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong brand equity for brands such as Adobe, SAP, Infosys, Wipro, and Hindustan Unilever in the Indian market, according to the company's official statement.

Heiko Schipper named President of Nutrition at Unilever
Unilever is undergoing a leadership team reorganisation with a notable addition. Heiko Schipper has been roped in as the President of Nutrition, and he is set to join the company and its Leadership Executive on 1 May, 2024.
Currently holding the position of President at Bayer Consumer Health, Schipper brings with him experience and a demonstrated track record in the global foods and nutrition sector.
Commencing his professional journey at Nestlé, he dedicated over two decades to various sales and marketing roles in Asia. In 2014, he assumed the role of CEO for Nestlé's global Nutrition business division.
Transitioning to Bayer in 2018, he has been instrumental in implementing substantial performance enhancements, leading to remarkable growth for Bayer's Consumer Health division.
