Havas India Adds Three VP Level Strategists To Team

Havas Worldwide India bolstered its strategy team with three new appointments. Dhananjoy Ray, Aniruddh Subramanian and Jahan Nargolwala have joined as Associate Vice Presidents of Planning & Strategy.

They will report to John Thangaraj, Chief Strategy Officer of Havas Creative Network India and will be based in Gurgaon.

Commenting on the appointments, John Thangaraj said, “I am thrilled to welcome Dhananjoy, Aniruddh and Jahan to the Havas family. The world is changing and so are we. With over a decade of experience, Ray has previously worked at FCB India and Publicis India, managing brands like Horlicks, Uber, Pernod Ricard, Vivo, BMW, Google, Maggi and Nokia. He specialises in communication and brand strategy.

Nargolwala joins Havas Worldwide India from Creativeland Asia with nearly 13 years of experience. He has held roles at Yaap Digital, Law & Kenneth and Contract Advertising, working on brands such as Pizza Hut, Uniqlo, Godrej, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Taj Hotels, ITC Hotels, NITI Aayog, Coca-Cola, UPI and RuPay. His expertise includes creative strategy, brand planning, management and cross-functional project management.

Subramanian, formerly with FCB India, has also worked at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi and Famous Innovations. With over 10 years in the industry and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, his background spans FMCG (Horlicks Plus, Real Activ, All Out), FMCD (LivGuard, Evara Platinum), Services (Dominos, Bluehost), Health & Pharma (Birla IVF & Fertility, Digene), Automobile (Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India) and Tech (Google Pixel).
