Rajnish Ahuja who re-joined ABP News in March 2024 as executive vice president, ABP Network has been given a new role as executive vice president of news & production at ABP News. With this appointment, he has taken over editorial charge from Sant Prasad who quit ABP News.

Ahuja has over 20 years of experience in the media industry.

Ahuja previously served as the Editor of Zee News & Zee News.com from September 2021 to March 2024. His extensive career at ABP Network includes various leadership roles.

Sant Prasad Rai quits ABP News

Sant Prasad Rai has stepped down as the senior vice president – news & production at ABP News.

Rai has previously worked with networks such as TV9, Zee News, India TV, News24, Sahara Samay, and ETV UP.

Renowned for his innovative approach to news production, Rai was instrumental in reshaping how international news was presented to Indian audiences. His strategies not only piqued viewers' curiosity about global events but also ensured comprehensive coverage of both major and minor international affairs. Rai’s vision set new trends in the television industry, fostering a deeper connection between Indian audiences and global news.

Rai, who holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication, is also known for his passion for reading, writing, travelling, and playing cricket.
