Godrej Interio, a division of Godrej Enterprises Group is poised to strengthen its online presence by increasing its ecommerce sales. The initiative supports the brand's goal of delivering an immersive and personalised consumer experience in the fast-growing digital retail market.

The company aims to achieve 10 per cent of its revenue from ecommerce by FY 2025. Following a surge in online sales, which tripled in FY 2024, the brand is targeting 100 per cent growth in its ecommerce segment by the end of FY 2025.

As India's ecommerce sector is expected to exceed $350 billion by 2030, Godrej Interio is ramping up its digital transformation initiatives to meet the changing demands of today’s consumers. Over the past year, the brand has experienced significant growth in online sales, fuelled by rising demand for home furniture that aligns with modern lifestyles. Godrej Interio has also broadened its distribution, delivering products to 17,200 pin codes, enhancing its capacity to serve customers nationwide.

Its website now features an AI-powered 'Visual Search' tool that recommends products based on customer-uploaded images and home setups. Enhanced navigation, immersive product visualisation and expanded digital marketing initiatives create a seamless shopping experience. The site also includes a furniture exchange option, allowing customers to trade in old furniture for new. Additionally, Godrej Interio is integrating its dealer network into the ecommerce platform for direct ordering and nationwide delivery, optimising customer reach and operational efficiency.
