CaratLane Deal: Titan Company To Procure 0.36% Stake

As per media reports, in August 2023, Titan Company augmented its ownership in CaratLane to 98.28 per cent by acquiring an additional 27.18 per cent stake for Rs 4,621 crore.

Luxury fashion accessory company Titan has now disclosed its plan to acquire a 0.36 per cent stake from individual shareholders of CaratLane for Rs 60.08 crore.

Following the completion of this transaction, CaratLane will transform into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Titan.

As of now, Titan already possesses 99.64 per cent of the total equity share capital of CaratLane, following its earlier stake increase in August 2023.
