While speaking at the BW Marketing Whitebook Summit 2022, Dhruv Chouta, Marketing and Communications Intelligence Lead, India GfK, explained how speed marketing and metaverse are set to converge. “80 per cent of our CMOs say data analytics and insights are essential to winning and retaining customers," he said. This data system can be made more efficient by incorporating metaverse, he added.
Chouta also highlighted the important four tenets in the age of the metaverse- Trust, the signal from the noise, knowledge and expertise, and always-on intelligence.
