Mustufa Arsiwalla, Chief Marketing Officer at Britannia Bel Foods moves on from his position at the company.
He confirmed the news to BW Marketing World stating, “After an unforgettable 4-year journey with Bel Groupe/Britannia Bel Foods, the time has come to bid farewell! These years have been nothing short of exciting and deeply fulfilling, as they presented me with numerous challenges and abundant opportunities for growth in my professional journey.”
In 2019, Arsiwalla took on the role of Head of Marketing at Bel Groupe, where his primary responsibility was to establish and develop The Laughing Cow brand's presence in the Indian market. Subsequently, in 2023, he assumed the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Britannia Bel Foods, a joint venture formed between Britannia and Bel Groupe.

In just few days, I'll be closing the chapter on my incredible 4-year journey with #Bel/#Britannia Bel foods. It's been a truly enriching experience, filled with growth, learning, celebrations, and enough creamy cheese to fill a swimming pool! But now, it's time for me to spread my wings and see if the grass is indeed greener on the other side of the office cubicle.
Taking on the challenge of building an emerging brand in India has required a shift in mindset—adapting the "frugal start-up" playbook and challenging traditional approaches.
