HUL: Mairéad Nayager To Replace Nitin Paranjpe Post-retirement

HUL has reported that Nitin Paranjpe, the Chief People & Transformation Officer, has decided to retire from Unilever later this year.

Nitin Paranjpe has spent 37 years with Unilever, including as CEO of Hindustan Unilever, President- home care, President- foods & refreshment and Chief Operating Officer of Unilever.

Mairéad Nayager will take his place as the new Chief People Officer, effective 1 June.

Mairéad is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Haleon, having previously served as CHRO of Diageo between 2015 and 2022.
