The 15th edition of the Asia Cup is to be played in Dubai and Sharjah from 27 August to 11 September 2022. A total of 13 matches will be played in Dubai and Sharjah, and the tournament will be broadcast on Star Sports and Hotstar in India. This is the fourth time that the Asia Cup will be held in the UAE.

The opening match of the tournament will be played between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan, and the India-Pakistan tournament will happen on the 28 August. The finals will be played on 11 September 2022, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai, UAE.
