Dilen Gandhi Moves On From Reckitt

Dilen Gandhi, Regional Marketing Director for Health & Nutrition at Reckitt, is stepping down from his role at the company. Gandhi shared this news on his LinkedIn page, stating, "Today I served my last day as the Regional Marketing Director, Health & Nutrition, Reckitt. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to lead some of the most iconic brands of our times. But an even greater privilege has been leading, collaborating, and working with a truly amazing bunch of people.”

In the same post, he expressed his gratitude to his team and agency partners McCann Worldgroup, Wavemaker India, and Havas India. Gandhi has been professionally aligned with Reckitt for the past two and a half years. 

He said in the post, “Reckitt has been my home for the past 2.5 years and I take with me not just a lifetime worth of memories but so many friendships, that I know will have my back as I step into the future. The company itself is transforming and I am eagerly awaiting the company’s transformation as I set out toward one of my own." 

Before his time at Reckitt, Gandhi held the position of Senior Director and Category Head for Foods at PepsiCo India. Gandhi's professional journey also includes his role as Assistant Country Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble. Additionally, Gandhi had previously served as Area Sales Manager at Gillette India.
