Dilen Gandhi Joins Tasty Bite As MD & Executive Board Member

Dilen Gandhi Joins Tasty Bite Eatables As Managing Director and Executive Board Member. He recently moved on from Reckitt after two and a half year stint.

Gandhi revealed through a LinkedIn post that he has joined Tasty Bite Eatables. He moved on from the world of marketing to management after 20 years. He shared in his post, “I could not have asked for a better opportunity than Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd (A Mars Foods company).”

Gandhi expressed excitement for this new chapter in his journey saying, “What excites me is the potential that’s as yet untapped. We are merely scratching the surface of what’s possible through the combination of the existing capabilities, the values, and most importantly the competence and commitment of our people. And with the Mars company’s support, I have no doubt we will be able to unleash TBEL’s potential while serving the needs of our consumers and customers in India and across the world.”  

Gandhi further thanked the leadership team at TBEL for a warm welcome, along with the CEOs with whom he had worked previously. 

TBEL also unveiled the appointment on their LinkedIn page, “Tasty Bite Eatables Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dilen Gandhi as Managing Director and Executive Board Member, effective September 1st, 2023.”

The company also revealed that Gandhi would be leading the TBEL business, including overseeing operations, shaping strategy, driving product development, fostering innovation, advancing sustainability practices, and upholding a steadfast commitment to quality.
