Specialising in tailored communication solutions for intricate business landscapes, the company is set to provide CEOs and prominent investors with personalised services.
Bahal and Chaturvedi, the founders of Adfactors PR, one of South Asia's premier public relations firms, are partnering independently. In his role as Co-founder and Managing Director, Boby Kurian will spearhead the leadership and management of StratInk Consulting.
The firm will focus on delivering communication-centric corporate advisory services to India Inc., leveraging its profound understanding of business and industry dynamics. StratInk Consulting aims to collaborate with key stakeholders and their teams to devise and support strategies that enhance and safeguard value.
StratInk Consulting is poised to provide expertise in risk intelligence, merger and acquisition strategies, public advocacy, people advisory, investment cycles, and analyses of geopolitical and economic trends. The consultancy will assemble a specialized team sourced from diverse backgrounds, including newsrooms, communications, law firms, capital markets, and public policy platforms.
With offices in Bengaluru, New Delhi, and Mumbai, StratInk will tap into Boby Kurian's extensive experience in founder, CEO, and boardroom advisory. Kurian, leveraging his background as a newsroom expert, played a pivotal role in mainstreaming discussions on private capital and the start-up economy over the past decade.
Madan Bahal and Rajesh Chaturvedi, who have been instrumental in leading the Adfactors Group for four decades, overseeing entities such as Adfactors PR, Adfactors Advertising, chlorophyll, and holding ownership stakes in research companies like IndiaStat and Projects Today, are partnering with Kurian in this venture.
Boby Kurian, previously holding senior editorial roles at The Times of India and The Economic Times, brings a wealth of experience to the table. He currently advises the world's largest tech investor and multiple business leaders on navigating growth opportunities and mitigating business risks.
