Unilever’s Chief People & Transformation Officer, Nitin Paranjpe shared his retirement from the company after a career spanning 37 years in the company.

His LinkedIn post stated, "At the end of this month I will be retiring from Unilever after 37 years – almost to the day."

Paranjpe's career at Unilever, formerly known as Hindustan Lever (HLL), began in June 1987 when he joined the company through a management training scheme.

Expressing his sentiments, he wrote in this post, “It is hard for me to stress quite how much of an achievement it felt to be offered a role in HLL, which even back then was one of the most iconic companies in India.”

As Paranjpe transitions to retirement, he remains optimistic about the future, viewing it as 'the start of a new innings'.
