Aveet Kajla has been promoted to Associate Director – Brand Marketing at PepsiCo. Prior to this, she served as the Brand Lead for Juices, overseeing brands like Slice, Tropicana and Nimbooz.
In her new capacity, Kajla will be responsible for identifying and building new opportunities for Pepsi Lipton across emerging markets. She will report to Paola Mejia, Head of Marketing for Pepsi Lipton AAMESA (Australia, Africa, Middle East, and South Asia).

Kajla was also recognised as one of the 'Future Masters of the Indian Marketing Sector' at the 2nd annual #BWMarketing40under40 awards, held in August this year.
Before joining PepsiCo, Kajla held several positions in the industry. Between 2017 and 2020, she served as NPD & Consumer Insights Manager at Rich Products Corporation. Prior to that, she worked with Ferrero as Assistant Brand Manager from 2013 to 2017. She began her marketing career at General Mills as a Senior Marketing Analyst in 2012. Kajla's career began with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where she held roles in business operations.
Kajla brings a wealth of experience in marketing and business strategy, underpinned by her academic credentials including an MBA in Marketing from Alliance Business School.
