Neha Kumaar Garg Joins EXL As VP of Internal Communications

EXL, a player in data analytics and digital operations, appoints Neha Kumaar Garg as its new Vice President of Internal Communications. Garg brings a wealth of experience in employer branding, B2B and B2C communications, and executive branding. In her new role, she aims to enhance the company’s people-focused narratives and create enriched brand experiences for both employees and partners.

Before her current role, she served as the Director of Marketing Communications at Axtria - Ingenious Insights from September 2022 to August 2024, where she played a key role in shaping the company's brand reputation and thought leadership in the life sciences industry. 

Prior to that, she was the Deputy General Manager and Lead of Branding and Communications at PI Industries from January 2019 to September 2022, driving comprehensive marketing and corporate communication strategies. 

Her career also includes a substantial tenure as Manager of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd, from September 2013 to December 2018, where she spearheaded brand awareness campaigns and media management efforts. Additionally, she began her career at Elixir Consulting as Manager of Corporate Communications & Marketing, where she honed her skills in strategic communications and storytelling.
