French luxury brand Louis Vuitton has onboarded actor Deepika Padukone as its latest ‘House Ambassador’.
Padukone has become the first Indian to be signed as a House Ambassador by Louis Vuitton. The company said, “Indian actress, producer, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, Deepika Padukone, stars in her first leather goods campaign for the Maison.”
It further said that after a “strong collaborative relationship with the Maison, including an appearance in Nicolas Ghesquière’s novel-inspired Pre-Fall 2020 campaign”, the award-winning actress began an exciting new chapter of her journey with Louis Vuitton. The actor will be featured alongside Oscar-winner house ambassadors such as Emma Stone and Zhou Dongyu in the company’s latest campaign. While making the announcement, Louis Vuitton unveiled its latest leather goods campaign for the Dauphine bag, sported by new House Ambassador, Deepika Padukone, alongside Ambassadors Emma Stone and Zhou Dongyu.
