Anita Nayyar Joins Patanjali Ayurveda As COO- Media & Communications
Industry veteran Anita Nayyar has taken charge as the Chief Operating Officer- Media & Communications, Patanjali Ayurveda.
Her last stint was with Zee Group’s OTT Platform ZEE5 India as the Head of Customer Strategy and Relationships, ZEE5 India, which lasted for a year.
Before joining ZEE5, Nayyar had an elaborated 13-year stint with the Havas Media Group as CEO- India and Southeast Asia. She joined Havas in 2007 as CEO of Havas Media Group for India and South Asia.
Nayyar has played leadership roles in advertising & media agencies like Ogilvy, Lintas-Initiative Media, Mediacom, Mudra, Starcom, Havas Media Group and grown them by giving shape to business revenue streams, launching diversified disciplines.

MyGlamm has named Kartik Rao, Former CHRO & Chief of Staff for Bewakoof.com as its Chief People Officer.
Kartik Rao brings over 11 years of extensive experience in Culture Design & Transformation, Talent Management, Spearheading Mergers & Acquisitions, & High Velocity Talent Acquisition while working with large scale MNCs & Fast Growing Consumer Tech & D2C Start-ups.
In his previous role, Kartik as CHRO & COS he envisioned and designed Strategic HR function, led functions across Talent Acquisition (top leadership for Product, Technology, Design, Performance Marketing and Business roles), Leadership Development, Talent Management, C&B, Total Rewards (Executive Compensation plans & Equity Design) & Employee Engagement.

Sijo Kuruvilla George Joins ADIF As Executive Director
The Alliance of Digital India Foundation (ADIF) has appointed Sijo Kuruvilla George as its new Executive Director. He brings with him a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, gained from over a decade in the start-up space. He will be leading the organisation’s efforts and be responsible for all executive decisions and communications by ADIF.

Marico’s Naveen Pandey Joins Unibic Foods As CEO
FMCG company Unibic Foods has named Naveen Pandey as its chief executive officer. Pandey will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth journey of the company.
Pandey commands over two decades of senior management experience in the Indian FMCG space. His last assignment before joining Unibic was as the head of Marico’s new foods’ business unit.
