Dhatri Bhatt Named VP Marketing & Communications At Nykaa Fashion

Dhatri Bhatt has been appointed as Vice President Marketing and Communications, Nykaa Fashion.

Dhatri comes with over 18 years of experience in brand management, retail strategy, marketing, media relations, celebrity and influencer collaborations and event management.

Prior to joining Nykaa, she has worked with LVMH's House of Christian Dior leading client marketing and communications. She has also been instrumental in launching H&M and as Head of Communications, she led the strategic planning and execution for H&M’s India launch and multiple stores across the country with PR & media relations, store launches, celebrities and influencer collaboration and events. She has also worked previously with lifestyle brands such as La Senza and Swarovski


Mamaearth Appoints Avinash Dhagat As VP, Operations

Mamaearth has appointed Avinash Dhagat as Vice President, Operations. In this role, he will be leading the operations and supply chain for the brand. 

Dhagat is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience across automotive and FMCG sectors, most recently as head of the supply chain at Loreal India’s consumer division. Over the years he has gained in depth understanding of Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management & Customer Service, in India and GCC markets. After graduating from NIT, Warangal, he pursued his master’s in supply chain and Logistics. With his pragmatic approach, he has been instrumental in making supply chain processes coherent and orderly.  

Speaking about his new role, Dhagat said, “Mamaearth has displayed disruptive growth over the last 4 years and has displayed exceptional abilities in managing supply chain processes with scale-up. It is extremely exciting to be a part of a brand that is on the upheaval, both on how to keep pace with the scale up and introducing newer practices to make the processes even more efficient in this journey. Pandurang Nayak Joins AWS As India Head Of Startup Solution Architects

Network18 Digital Chief Technology Officer Pandurang Nayak has left the company to join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as India Head of Startup Solution Architects.

In his new role, Nayak will drive value creation for startup customers, shaping technical solutions, growing the team, and leading specific customer engagement and interaction with technical startup founders, CXOs, and entrepreneurs looking to build their business on AWS.

At Network18 Digital, he led a team of 150+ developers, product, and design to deliver some large-scale media pipelines. Nayak had joined Network18 Digital in April 2019 and was reporting to Puneet Singhvi, CEO - Digital & President - Corporate Strategy at Network18.

With over 20 years of experience in building technology-led enterprises, consumer products, and solutions, Pandurang has held leadership positions at Cognizant, Microsoft, Times Internet, and Fork Media. Prior to Network18 Digital, he was the Chief Operating & Technology Officer at Fork Media.

Pandurang is a qualified engineer. He did his engineering at BVB College of Engineering and Technology


Kaleeta McDade Joins Ogilvy Experience As Global ECD

Kaleeta McDade has joined Ogilvy Experience as global executive creative director. She will be responsible for defining, shaping, and driving the creative vision and strategy across Ogilvy Experience’s offerings and will be based in Atlanta, serving on Ogilvy’s Worldwide Creative Council.

McDade previously served at Deloitte Digital as group experience director across the consultancy’s studios in the US and India for almost three year. Over the past 17 years, she has also held senior design and creative roles with Google Brand Studio, Apple, Sapient Shanghai, and Sapient Atlanta. Her expertise lies in digital experience and driving business outcomes through human-centered design and design thinking.
