Honasa Consumer appoints Nilesh Kotalwar as Senior Vice President - Online Revenue and Growth

Honasa Consumer has appointed Nilesh Kotalwar as Senior Vice President – Online Revenue & Growth.

In his new role, he will spearhead the online revenue strategy, driving growth and profitability for Honasa Consumer's diverse portfolio of brands, including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Dr Sheth’s, and Bblunt. He will focus on building a robust online network strategy, optimising digital marketing efforts, and enhancing the overall online consumer experience.

Kotalwar is an alumnus of IIM-Lucknow and has experience in the FMCG domain. He has managed cross-functional teams in various roles across revenue channels, with expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, customer & shopper marketing, and brand management. His career includes roles at conglomerates like Godrej Consumer and Hindustan Unilever. In Hindustan Unilever, apart from sales and marketing, he played a pivotal role in Center of Excellence team to develop and roll out new age digital and tech tools. Most recently, he served as AVP - Business Transformation at Godrej Consumer Product.

Admatazz boosts digital strategy team with new appointments

Admatazz has bolstered its digital strategy team with key appointments and promotions. The agency has appointed Janvi Kothari and Zahadali Tinwala to senior positions and elevated Yashvi Shah to Senior Account Strategist.

Janvi Kothari joins Admatazz as a Senior Account Strategist, bringing six years of experience from her previous role as a Senior Solutions Strategist at Schbang. In her new role, Kothari will work with clients in the automobile, education, and jewelry sectors. Zahadali Tinwala, with six years of experience in digital and marketing, also joins the team. His portfolio includes work with brands like BGauss Electric, JBCN Education, and ICICI Bank.

Yashvi Shah, previously a Senior Social Media Manager at Admatazz, has been promoted to Senior Account Strategist. Shah, who started her career at Admatazz in 2022, has been instrumental in leading BFSI digital marketing initiatives and was the lead on the successful TATA AIA wedding campaign. She is recognised as one of the youngest team leads at the agency.

BMEG names Rohit Shaw as Senior VP of Integrated Media and Rrahul Deo Manerao as Business Head for West

Bharat Media & Entertainment Group (BMEG) has appointed Rohit Shaw as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Media for BMEG India. With over 14 years of experience in FMCG, QSR, and mobile sectors, he will lead the planning function nationally and strengthen BMEG India’s Delhi operations. Meanwhile, Rrahul Deo Manerao joins as Business Head for West (Media), bringing more than two decades of industry experience in integrated media strategy, planning, and new business development.
