What happens when Santa drops in untimely - you know it’s time for ‘Licious Decemmmber’

Who said year-end festivities only need to start in the last week of December? Where has it been prescribed that you need to refrain from celebrations and indulging in mouth-watering meat & seafood delicacies until closer to December-end? Well, whoever said so hasn’t had a taste of ‘Licious Decemmmber’. Because this year it isn’t just a regular ‘December’, but it’s now ‘Licious Decemmmber’ - infused with the ‘mmmmm’ of pure delight as you bite into a piece of juicy, delectable Chicken Wing or a fresh piece of Seer Steak! The latest film by the brand aptly brings out the concept of the campaign, with Santa Claus dropping in early, or rather, literally falling from the sky, untimely in mid-December, because ‘Don’t wait, Just celebrate’ is the mmmantra of the month.

Talking about Licious’ takeover of the month and rebranding it to ‘Licious Decemmmber’, Santosh Hegde, Vice President, Brand - Licious, said, "Festivities have to kick-in only closer to Christmas and New Year is a myth. Indeed, December isn’t just another month - it’s a feeling. And this very feeling is aptly captured by the quirky film launched by the brand. The film opens with a family enjoying dinner when their meaty reverie is broken by the sudden crash of someone falling through the roof. As the bewildered family members turn to see what’s happening, an equally dishevelled Santa dusts his suit and wonders aloud if it is Christmas already. The boy at the dining table clarifies in a rather matter-of-factly tone that it isn’t Christmas, but Decemmmber is here. “To why wait, just celebrate”, quips his father as he lovingly gazes at the crispy prawns on his fork. And almost on cue “Agreed” says Santa, who has now joined the family at the table, seating himself on the grandfather’s lap! With a campaign and offerings that were delectable, even Santa couldn’t resist himself. Another film released earlier in the month showed a family engaged in a countdown, as they gleefully looked at each other while prepping to eat dinner. What most would assume to be a new year’s Eve countdown, in fact, turns out to be a countdown for Decemmmber. At 3,2,1 the family members shout in joy exclaiming “1st of Decemmmmber!” as they dig into meat and seafood delicacies on the dining table.

 

Ferrero India’s Star-Studded Christmas Season

Ferrero India is set to dazzle this holiday season with two enchanting Christmas campaigns featuring Hindi film actors, Hrithik Roshan for Ferrero Rocher and Sara Ali Khan with Ferrero Rocher Moments.

In the Rocher Christmas film, the charismatic Hrithik Roshan invites viewers into his festive haven, adorned with Christmas decorations. For Ferrero Rocher Moments, Sara Ali Khan takes centre stage in #Makethemmmmomentperfect Christmas campaign, which revolves around the theme of creating perfect moments with loved ones this festive season. 

Both films not only capture the premiumness of Ferrero Rocher and Ferrero Rocher Moments but also echo the sentiment that every moment can be made perfect for loved ones.
