Brendan Conan Pereira, the Co-founder of Chaitra Advertising (now Leo Burnett) passed away on July 21. He was 96.
Brendan Pereira was an advertising stalwart in the 60s and started Chaitra Advertising along with Walter Saldanha.
As per a note released by his family, Pereira's first love was advertising. He was also fond of playing tennis and golf and made several friends associated with the sport.
According to earlier reports, Brendan Pereira was also the adman who worked on the launch of Vimal with Dhirubhai Ambani.
