RB (Reckitt Benckiser), in partnership with Grofers, has rolled out the ‘Deliver Safe Program’. It is built on 3 key pillars: Products, Partnership and Protocols.
As part of the initiative, RB will equip the Grofers team with its iconic brands - Dettol, Lizol and Harpic which have been tested by internationally accredited external laboratories and are proven to effectively kill more than 99.9% germs. Grofers will be sending out app notifications, e mailers, social media messages in addition to a Grofers in-app communication about the program to reassure the consumers about the hygiene protocols followed. Customers will also receive leaflets with their delivery, in sealed and hygienic bags, documenting the safety and hygiene processes undertaken.
