Subham Banerjee joins Clover Infotech as chief delivery officer

Clover Infotech has appointed Subham Banerjee as its chief delivery officer with effect from 1 April 2024. With over 25 years of experience in IT services delivery across the BFS space, Banerjee brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this critical role.

He has an impressive track record, having worked on key assignments both in India and international markets. His stints at Citibank Overseas Software, Virtusa/Polaris, Value Labs, and Yash Technologies have honed his skills in project delivery, client management, and operational excellence. 

Banerjee’s vision for the delivery function extends beyond customer satisfaction—it aims for customer delight. He has conceptualised an ‘Agile Delivery Framework’ that has been widely adopted within the organisation. This framework emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, and continuous improvement—a testament to Subham’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Banerjee holds an engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology – Durgapur. His academic foundation, combined with his extensive industry experience, positions him well to lead Clover Infotech’s delivery organization.

Firstsource Solutions names Hasit Trivedi as president and chief digital and AI officer

Firstsource Solutions has named Hasit Trivedi as president and chief digital and AI officer, effective March 2024. Trivedi will oversee the scaling and deployment of Firstsource’s digital capabilities including elevating its platforms, data & analytics, automation and AI ecosystem.

SBI General Insurance appoints Jaya Tripathi as head - key relations group to sharpen focus on banks and other financial institutions

SBI General Insurance has named Jaya Tripathi as head – key relations group. In her new role, Tripathi will lead the expansion of new business opportunities and partnerships, drive sales team growth and deepen partner relationships to enhance profitability.

With a diverse background spanning general insurance, fashion retail and tourism, Tripathi brings an array of experience to her new position. Her extensive background includes holding senior leadership roles at organisations such as Mahindra Holidays, ICICI Lombard, Forevermark Diamonds (De Beers Group), and Aditya Birla Group, where she has significantly contributed to business and strategic development. Tripathi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing) from Symbiosis International University.
