Godrej Consumer Rejigs Senior Management Team
Ashwin Moorthy and Harshdeep Chhabra have been inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee and are now part of the senior management
The senior management team has undergone several changes at Godrej Consumer Products. As of August 26, 2024, Robert Menzies, global head of category direction and innovation and a member of senior management, relocated to a subsidiary to assume the role of chief executive officer (CEO) for the projected pet care business.
In addition to his existing position as head of marketing for GCPL's India division, Ashwin Moorthy has been appointed global head of category direction and innovation. In addition, Moorthy will be a member of senior management having been inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee.
In addition to being appointed to the GCPL Global Management Committee, Harshdeep Chhabra, currently the head of global media COE, was also promoted to senior management. He has twenty years of experience in the advertising and media industries. He was the senior vice president of Mindshare before joining Godrej, where he oversaw brand growth and client interactions.
Swati Bhattacharya, who joined the firm in September as the global head of Lightbox Creative Lab, and was previously the creative chairperson of FCB India, will also be welcomed into the GCPL Global Management Committee. The head of the Design Lab, Darshan Gandhi, was also admitted to the worldwide committee.
