Aparna Purohit Joins Aamir Khan Productions As CEO

Amazon Prime Video's former Head of India & SEA Originals, Aparna Purohit, has joined Aamir Khan Productions as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The production house welcomed Purohit through a social media post.
Purohit's last stint at Amazon Prime Video lasted for eight years. She joined the media company in January 2016 as the Head of Creative Development. She was elevated to the Head of India Originals in April 2019. In November 2022, her role was expanded to include Southeast Asia, apart from India.
Purohit has also been associated with Cinestaan Film Company, Mumbai Mantra Media and Mahindra & Mahindra in the past.
