Adani Enterprises Forays Into Media With AMG Media Network

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, AMG Media Networks. The entity will have an initial authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000 each. The company was constituted on April 26.

The company will carry on the business of media-related activities, including publishing, advertising, broadcasting, distributing etc. of content over different types of media networks, the Adani group said in a statement.

AMG Media Networks will commence its business operations in due course.
