Swiggy Instamart Bolsters Leadership Team With New Appointments

Swiggy revealed new team appointments, emphasising the significance of quick commerce and Swiggy Instamart and reinforcing the company's dedication to enhancing convenience and efficiency in India's on-demand services.

Himavant Srikrishna Kurnala has been appointed as the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Product at Swiggy Instamart. Formerly the Chief Product Officer at Reliance Retail for JioMart, he oversaw product, program, design, analytics and marketplace trust functions. With over 20 years of experience at companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Reliance, Srikrishna brings extensive expertise in scaling product portfolios and leading high-performance teams. His appointment highlights Swiggy Instamart's dedication to strengthening its product strategy and enhancing customer experience in the ecommerce sector.

Mayank Rajvaidya has been appointed as the Vice President (VP) of Fruits & Vegetables for Swiggy Instamart. With nearly 20 years of experience in category management and operations, Rajvaidya previously led Amazon’s Consumables private brands in India. He expanded Amazon Pantry to over 300 cities. 

Manu Sasidharan has joined Swiggy Instamart as Associate Vice President (AVP) of the FMCG Category, bringing over 12 years of experience, primarily in the ecommerce sector. At Flipkart and Cleartrip, Sasidharan was instrumental in business development, establishing new ventures, managing P&L and overseeing customer demand management.

Separately, Kumar Rahul has been appointed as the new AVP of Business Development at Lynk by Swiggy. With over 14 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing and ecommerce, Rahul has previously worked with companies such as Google, Disney+ Hotstar and Flipkart.
