Puneet Gulati, the former chief marketing officer of VLCC, has taken a similar role at Sleepwell.
Gulati started at Colgate-Palmolive as a sales manager before moving on to Marketics as an analytics consultant and then GSK Consumer Healthcare India as a marketing manager, eventually rising to the position of global marketing manager.
Gulati led the digital-first approach for GSK India in a novel way as the previous head of digital and ecommerce marketing and media at GSK Consumer Healthcare India. He was in charge of both digital marketing and everything media.
Gulati joined Unilever as the strategy director for beauty and personal care, Unilever South Asia, after leaving GSK Consumer Healthcare India. There, he developed the strategy for HUL's beauty and personal care categories, which include skin cleaning, skincare, hair care, oral care, male grooming and cosmetics across India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
