JetSynthesys has entered a strategic partnership with Digital Hearts Holdings (DHH), marked by DHH's investment in JetSynthesys Japan. Simultaneously, a 50:50 joint venture will be formed in India, leveraging DHH's expertise for global product creation and expanding debugging businesses.

This strategic alliance will facilitate the global expansion of both companies, unlocking additional growth opportunities. JetSynthesys Japan will contribute to business development in Western countries for Digital Hearts Holdings, while DHH will support business development in Japan and other crucial Eastern Asian markets for JetSynthesys Japan. Additionally, DHH and its group company will supply development and support function resources for projects jointly developed with JetSynthesys Japan.
