PHD elevates Yash Bhanushali to director of performance marketing
PHD has promoted Yash Bhanushali to the role of director of performance marketing. Bhanushali, who joined the organisation in 2022, previously served as associate director of performance marketing.
Sharing his excitement about the new role on LinkedIn, he wrote, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of Performance Marketing at PHD!”
Bhanushali brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing, having worked with prominent organisations like Interactive Avenues, Publicis Media, American Express, and Digital Yaari. He began his professional journey as an executive assistant at Digital Yaari in 2017 and has since developed a strong expertise in social media marketing, performance marketing, employee training, affiliate marketing, and advertising.
An MBA graduate in Marketing Management from the MET League of Colleges, Bhanushali has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead high-impact marketing campaigns and drive results.
Nadia Miranda joins FP7 McCann as strategy director
FP7 McCann has appointed Nadia Miranda as its new strategy director. Miranda, an experienced strategist with over a decade of expertise in advertising and customer insights, joins FP7 McCann after an impressive eight-year tenure at Memac Ogilvy, where she also held the role of Strategy Director.
In a heartfelt LinkedIn post, Miranda shares her excitement: “After 8 long years in a relationship, you don’t expect to fall in love again so soon. But then FP7 McCann – I’m in love! Miranda’s illustrious career spans roles at Rediffusion Y&R, Sadar Vallabhbhai Patel School—Mumbai, and Accord Advertising, where she began as an OOH media planner. Her professional repertoire includes expertise in advertising, creative problem-solving, customer insights, strategy development, and idea generation.
With her appointment, Miranda is set to play a key role in driving FP7 McCann’s strategic vision, leveraging her experience to deliver innovative solutions and transformative strategies for clients in the region.
Evocus appoints Pramod Joshi as head of retail sales and export
Pramod Joshi has been named the head of sales and export at Evocus.
Joshi has previously held a leadership role at AB InBev, where he spearheaded strategic sales initiatives and route to market.
He began his career with Cadbury, where he developed strong expertise in sales strategies and route-to-market planning. Over the years, he has held significant leadership roles at Narang Group, Soulfull, and Twinings, successfully driving market expansion and building strong partnerships with key retail accounts.
As he steps into his role at Evocus, Joshi’s extensive industry experience and forward-thinking vision will be pivotal in strengthening our position as a leader in the premium water category, both in India and globally.

Foundit appoints Anupama Bhimrajka as VP of marketing
Foundit (formerly Monster APAC & ME), the jobs and talent platform and a Quess company, has appointed three leaders as the company embarks on its next growth phase. The company has appointed Pranay Kale as chief revenue and growth officer, Anupama Bhimrajka as vice president of marketing, and Tanesh Arora as vice president of candidate services.
As chief revenue and growth officer, Kale will lead sales across the APAC and Middle East regions, focusing on growth. Before joining foundit, Pranay was the Vice President of several accounts at LeadSquared. He’s also held roles at HighRadius and Dun & Bradstreet, with over 19 years of experience in SaaS and IT sales, specialising in business development, sales leadership, and strategic planning across the BFSI and NBFSI sectors.
Bhimrajka will lead the marketing function at foundit as the Vice President of Marketing, driving growth across the APAC and Middle East regions. Before joining foundit, she was the Head of Consumer Marketing at Lenovo India. With over 20 years of experience in brand management and communication, she has led marketing teams at Lenovo India and Café Coffee Day. She also played roles in business operations at global advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, McCann, and Saatchi & Saatchi.
In the new role of vice president of candidate services, Arora will oversee candidate services, enhancing user experience and operational excellence. Previously, he scaled foundit’s consumer business as General Manager and later drove growth at ISDC Global. He has held leadership roles at Airtel, Tata Teleservices, and Evalueserve, and brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships across the B2C and B2B sectors.
