Jessica Jensen is set to join LinkedIn as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, bringing over 25 years of leadership expertise.
“I am elated to share that I’m joining LinkedIn as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. I’ve admired the company for over 20 years, and as many of you know, am a hyper-active poster. I have watched LinkedIn grow and innovate into a remarkable talent, advertising, and educational platform, all while helping so many people learn and grow as professionals,” Jensen shared on LinkedIn.
Jensen, who most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Indeed from March 2021, boasts a career in global marketing strategy, brand management and communications for top consumer and business-facing organisations.
Prior to her tenure at Indeed, Jensen led teams and crafted strategies for renowned companies including Booking.com, Facebook (now Meta), Apple, Yahoo!, and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Additionally, she serves as a board director at Cardlytics and is a member of the f7 Operator Council, an investment fund of seven female leaders in Silicon Valley, where she advises portfolio companies on marketing, growth and product development.
Jensen will officially assume her role on 21 January, reporting directly to COO Dan Shapero.
