Ritesh Sud becomes VP- National Brands, packaged beverages at Tata Consumer Products

Ritesh Sud has recently been elevated to the position of VP in the National Brands division of packaged beverages at Tata Consumer Products. He has been associated with the brand for two years.

Previously, Sud served as VP- Marketing for the ready-to-drink beverages division in the same company.

Sud has spent 12 years at Perfetti Van Melle and departed from his position as the Associate Director of Marketing. He oversaw the Centerfruit, Happydent, Alpenliebe, and Juzt Jelly Portfolio while also managing media and marketing duties for the Nepal market.

Sud started his career at Wipro by promoting PLM services and subsequently became its area manager.

 

TVS Electronics reports key hires to drive integrated end-to-end electronic solutions strategy

TVS Electronics has appointed Srikaanth Viswanathan as Vice President & CTO (Products & Solutions) and Sathya Doraisamy as Chief Business Officer – Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). These strategic moves underline TVS-E’s foray into EMS and its focus on offering a robust integrated end-to-end electronics solution covering: Design, manufacturing, sales / distribution network, customer service, field support services (FSS), infrastructure management solutions and end-of-life solutions.

A seasoned R&D professional, Viswanathan will spearhead the research and development and new product development initiatives at TVS Electronics. Bringing over 25 years of diverse experience in technology development, product/solutions development and leadership across organisations like Philips, GE Healthcare and Honeywell. Srikaanth’s extensive expertise will play an integral role in shaping the transformation journey of TVS Electronics.

Sathya Doraisamy, on the other hand, will focus on further strengthening the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) of TVS Electronics, facilitating the business expansion and creating strong synergies with existing and new customers. With over 20 years of experience and several leadership roles in multi-plant operations, EMS business leadership,  product management and business development globally with companies including Harman Inc, Centum Electronics, ZF, and Marquardt among others, he brings a wealth of immeasurable insights to enable the growth of TVS Electronics.

McCann Worldgroup elevates Adrian Botan to Global Creative Partner, Creative Excellence

Adrian Botan, who led McCann Worldgroup as the Chief Creative Officer, Europe and Global Executive Creative Director, has been elevated to the role of Global Creative Partner, Creative Excellence.

Botan began his career at D'Arcy Romania, and his innings at McCann Erickson began in 1998 as an Art Director, where he went on to hold various roles in different capacities.

As the global executive creative director, Botan managed Nestle globally and Mastercard Europe.

 

Cheil X appoints Anurag Tandon as Chief Growth Officer

Cheil X has appointed Anurag Tandon as the Chief Growth Officer. He will lead the newly opened Mumbai office in addition to the growth charter. He is a seasoned business leader with more than twenty years of experience having successfully led large and marquee business units like DDB Mudra West, and WT, Mumbai where he was responsible for managing the P&L, key Client relationships and topline growth. His other stints include Ogilvy and Leo Burnett.

He also has extensive brand management experience having worked across multiple categories with large global brands like UL, Volkswagen, McDonald’s and J&J to name a few. In his new role, Tandon will spearhead efforts to expand Cheil X’s business operations in the city. Cheil X is an independent full-service agency under the Cheil SWA group to manage the fast-growing new client mandates in India.

Talking about his appointment, Tandon shares, “Cheil’s ambition to grow its new business and build a creative reputation promises to be a journey filled with challenges and opportunities in equal measure.
