Senior journalist Anshuman Tiwari quits TV9 Network

Senior journalist Anshuman Tiwari has quit TV9 Network. Tiwari played a pivotal role in shaping the network's editorial and digital strategies during his tenure.

He joined TV9 Network with a wealth of experience and was instrumental in strengthening the channel’s content in a competitive digital landscape. While the reasons for his departure remain unclear, Tiwari’s next career move is anticipated with great interest.

Before joining TV9 Network Tiwari was part of India Today where he served as the editor for India Today (Hindi) contributing significantly to the magazine’s editorial leadership.

Tiwari’s accolades include the Ramnath Goenka Award for excellence in journalism. He has also been honoured with the WAN-IFRA International Award for investigative journalism and the ENBA Award for the best economic show on a digital platform.

 

Aaj Tak's Piyush Pandey moves on

Senior TV journalist Piyush Pandey has ended his third innings at Aaj Tak.

He joined here as the executive editor (output) about two years ago and played an important role in 'Chunav Aaj Tak' for about one and a half years.

In a conversation with Samachar4Media, Piyush Pandey has confirmed that he is leaving the channel. Piyush Pandey said that he was working on some projects, which would be notified soon. He also plans to turn to film direction.

He has worked as an associate director in the film 'Blue Mountains' and has written dialogues for the popular Star Plus serial 'Maharaj Ki Jai Ho'.

Before joining Aaj Tak, Pandey was working with Times Now Navbharat. He was also earlier with Surya TV and ABP News.

 

Nishant Pratap joins FCB Kinnect as group executive creative director- South

FCB Kinnect has appointed Nishant Pratap as the group executive creative director (South). This move highlights the agency's dedication to continuously enhancing its capabilities and talent in a full-funnel manner, reinforcing its role as a comprehensive partner to brands.

This strategic appointment is part of FCB Kinnect's commitment to developing top-tier creative departments, aimed at producing innovative and impactful work across all potential media platforms.

Recently, the agency also appointed Neville Shah as its chief creative officer to transform the agency’s creative culture and exceed global benchmarks. Driven by a passion for crafting bold, impactful work, Neville brought Nishant on board to lead creative excellence and accelerate the growth of FCB Kinnect's Bengaluru office.

He moved from Ogilvy India, where he was executive creative director. Pratap has also worked previously with McCann Worldgroup and Lowe Lintas.

With nearly 19 years of experience, he has been pivotal in launching and building renowned brands such as Tata Sky, Britannia’s Treat and GoodDay, TVS Apache, Mumbai Indians, IDFC Bank, Tata Salt, Tanishq, Titan, Taneira, Fastrack, Park Avenue, Cadbury, and The Live Love Laugh Foundation.

Additionally, Pratap played a pivotal role in launching India’s first awareness campaign on depression for TLLF, featuring Deepika Padukone.
