Rathindra Basu elevated to Vice President - India, South Asia and Pan Regional Sales APAC, IMG

Confirming the news through a social media post, Rathindra Basu has now been elevated to the position of Vice President - India, South Asia and Pan Regional Sales APAC, IMG. He was previously the Vice President and Head - India and South Asia at IMG, where he looked after the premium sports programming and content sales for India and South Asia covering all forms of media rights - TV, digital, mobile, OTT etc.
He worked with international sporting federations, rights owners, digital publishers and private equity players to develop sales and market entry strategies across the sports landscape as a consultant.

Basu's association with IMG goes back to 2013.

His previous stints have been with ESPN Star Sports India and Bharti Airtel among others.

 

Colgate-Palmolive India's Priyanka Khaneja Gandhi quits

Priyanka Khaneja Gandhi, who led Colgate-Palmolive India as Director - Integrated Brand Experience Lead at Colgate-Palmolive (India), has moved on from the company. Her next move, as of now is unknown.

Gandhi began her career at Starcom Worldwide, and went on to work at Madison Communications.

In her role as the Associate Director & Head - Integrated Marketing Communication and Ecommerce Marketing, Gandhi oversaw creative, media and digital functions for the company & all its brands to develop & deploy communication/brand solutions. As part of the same role, Gandhi managed the overall planning and deployment of all advertising spend to ensure maximum effectiveness of the communication to deliver brand KPIs, in the most efficient manner.

Games24x7 elevates Tridib Mukherjee to Chief Data Science & AI Officer

Games24x7 has elevated Dr. Tridib Mukherjee to the position of Chief Data Science & AI Officer. In his new role, Mukherjee will continue to drive Games24x7's data-centric approach, leveraging his extensive expertise in data science and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and enhance user experiences.

Having served as the Vice President of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Games24x7 for over six years, Tridib played a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge algorithms and AI-driven solutions that propelled Games24x7 to the forefront of the online gaming industry. Tridib will continue to spearhead data science & AI teams and enable product teams to create personalised and engaging experiences for players.
