Delhi HC Forbids Palki Sharma From Disclosing ZMCL Information To Third Party

The former managing editor of WION has been forbidden by the Delhi High Court from disclosing any proprietary or confidential information that belongs to Zee Media (ZMCL) to any third party or for the benefit of any third party in a case brought by ZMCL against Palki Sharma Upadhyay.

In a lawsuit seeking a declaration, permanent injunction, and damages for breach of the terms of the employment contract, including but not limited to prohibiting the Defendant from disclosing any confidential and proprietary information of Zee Media to any organisation or third party and upholding the required notice period, Zee Media was represented by Trust Legal through Partners Ritwika Nanda and Akshita Salampuria and led by Senior Advocate Joy Basu.

In addition to the interim directive, the defendant who appeared on notice has pledged that they won't reveal any private or proprietary information to any other third parties that belong to Zee Media.
