Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has restructured its top-level management. According to sources, Nachiket Pantvaidya, Tushar Shah, and Ajay Bhalwankar got new roles.
Nachiket Pantvaidya, who joined Sony Pictures International Production (SPIP) in June as General Manager, will be heading Sony TV. Tushar Shah, who was earlier the CMO and the Business Head of Bengali, English and Infotainment Channels will now be heading Sony’s Hindi Movies channels SET Max.
Ajay Bhalwankar who was heading Sony Marathi, will be heading SONY SAB. Danish Khan on the other hand will continue leading digital business.
On Monday, SPNI reported that Neeraj Vyas, Business Head—Sony Entertainment Television, Sony SAB, PAL, and Sony MAX Movie Cluster, will be leaving the company effective August 31, 2024. After an illustrious career spanning close to three decades, Vyas has decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey.
